TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROCESSING and COMPLETE TIME(PAC) TIME:
Defined as designing and production of your item - PAC time does not include shipping time.
PAC times are based on my current workload and do not include weekends and/or holidays. If an order is placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, the PAC time starts on the next business day.
MADE TO ORDER(MTO) & CUSTOMS:
WE will create your item together using consultation by verbal or written communication. I may or may not have made this item before, so it requires more time to create all the aesthetics to bring the item to life.
Custom items tend to have a longer PAC time also. The creation process includes selecting and comparing Themes, Colors, Decals, Names, Phrases, sizes, etc.
Current PAC time for MTO/Custom items is 7-15 business days. (May vary during seasonal or holiday events)
MTO/Custom orders take time to create. To prevent any errors or mishaps from happening, I only accept changes within the first 24 hours of placing your order.
READY TO GO(RTG):
RTG items are done AND ready to GO. The PAC time is 3-5 business days. As these items are already designed, processed, and complete. *Finishing and cleaning touches are done before shipping and should not hinder PAC time*
**Some items can be personalized with minor additions (names, color swap) and will require an additional 7 business days PAC time. **When placing orders, I encourage you to not purchase an RTG item together with an MTO or custom items because of PAC times. If you do, all items will be shipped together upon FULL PAC TIME completion.
An update can be given upon request. Simply put, I wish I had enough hours in the day for PAC time and constant updates, but there is not enough time. A “Mid-Term” update will be given toward final production of item, 2-3 weeks prior to shipment. However, you may always email me at CUSTOMER.SUPPORT@PROJECTMAGE.TECH with a "Cheerful Progress Update” and encouraging follow-ups.
SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped via shipping services and will be given at checkout. Tracking information will be provided to you. Please double-check your shipping address. Once it leaves my hand and into the shipping service, I have little to no control from that point. Please refer to the tracking number and shipping service once received. I cannot be held responsible for address incorrections on your end. Once again PAC time does not include shipping time. COVID-19 IMPACT on shipping services may cause delays, so please use tracking information accordingly.
Should there be any damage during shipping, please reach out to me with photos within 24hrs of receiving the package. I will contact the shipping service to correct this issue, as a HANDMADE item was mishandled, I also recommend you do the same, please.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Each item is crafted by me with lots of Care, Protection, and attention to Detail. There may be minor imperfections. Know that I inspect each item prior to being packaged and shipped to ensure I deliver the best quality product for you. Keep in mind that due to the handmade nature of these items, no two items are the same, and colors, proportions, and positions may vary yet still cohesive.

ORDER CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION
If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.
